  8. 80C188 microprocessor, the ACL IIR+ from Star Gate Technologies, Inc. delivers
  9. all the speed and performance of other intelligent boards at half the cost. The
  10. upgraded board now offers faster on-board processing and more efficient data
  11. handling -- more than doubling system throughput on all channels. Engineered
  12. for maximum flexibility, the board features modular RJ-12 connectors for easier
  13. and more cost efficient installation. Each ACL IIR+ adds eight full-featured
  14. ports for connecting serial devices to a variety of hosts, including IBM AT and
  15. 80286, 80386, and 80486 AT-class compatibles. The ISA device is EISA
  16. compatible. When equipped with an ACL IIR+ board, a microcomputer serves as a
  17. powerful host for terminals or other serial devices.
